Dan was the GC for a huge expansion project at Retro Fitness of Woodbridge NJ which I co-own. We took on additional space and built a state-of-the-art functional training room (about 2100 sf). It took a couple of months and the results were phenomenal. We impressed not only our members but also other franchisees. Now they come to see the space and try to do the same in their gyms. Then Dan GC'd the second phase which was moving our Retro Theater to a smaller space then building a brand new group class studio where the theater used to be. We did hit some delays but they had nothing to do with Dan and his crew. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and if we had any issue, Dan or his business partner Ronnie would attend to it promptly. We would definitely give them an opportunity to bid on any future project. Dan is very professional and working with him was easy.
