Phil was exceptional, professional and respectful of my home by removing shoes before entering. There was a problem with the new faucet I purchased. He insisted on returning it to the store. As the plumber, he explained the problem, found another item, made the exchange, we came back to my home and he installed it in no time. No leaks, no scratches, cleaned up the area. Very, very nice job. I would hire him again.

Phil answered my request quickly and set up a day for him to come. He hooked up my new faucet and dishwasher after purchasing a new countertop and sink. Will definitely use him in the future. Updates: after he left and I washed some dishes and turned on the dishwasher the drain started leaking. I took a video and sent it to him….no response. Next day, took video as faucet was running and sent it to him……no response. Now I see he blocked me (no longer I Message). Filed a complaint with Thumbtack
