Carlos replaced the double-pane glass in one of our basement windows, and I was extremely pleased with his work. He was professional, friendly, patient, and very careful throughout the entire process.
He arrived fully prepared with everything he needed and made a difficult job involving cutting and handling glass look almost effortless. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. After I washed the window frame, Carlos took the time to make sure it was completely dry before installing the new double-pane glass. He also carefully cleaned the glass, inside and out, before putting it into the frame.
Carlos clearly takes pride in doing a job properly rather than rushing through it. His workmanship showed experience, precision, and care from beginning to end.
He also gave me a very helpful suggestion for preventing the same problem in the future. Because this basement window is underneath our porch and was damaged by a small rock thrown up during leaf blowing, Carlos suggested covering the lower portion of the porch with an attractive lattice. This would help keep leaves and debris out of that area and protect the window from future damage. I really appreciated that he took the time to think about how to prevent the problem, not just repair it.
The price was very reasonable, and I feel fortunate that Carlos responded to my request on Thumbtack. I would gladly recommend Carlos and Bless Glass to any of my friends who need window or glass repair. Excellent workmanship, excellent service, and someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right.
