I had a broken window and they came right away to give me a quote. within 24hr I had a quote and scheduled for the next day for my window to be repaired. They came and fixed the window and even were able to preserve my privacy cling on and put it on the window before they left. If that’s not top notch service then I don’t know what is. I will def use them again! The price wasn’t too bad either.

Juan recently helped to fix a broken window (on site) in my home.
He came out the same day to take measurements of the window and confirm what was needed to complete the job - he arrived right at the time he said that he would, which was something that impressed me.
He explained exactly what was needed to fix the window, and quoted a price that I thought was very fair. (Prior to posting my project, I had contacted several window repair shops and received incredibly high quotes even before they knew anything about the exact job. On top of that, I would have needed to bring the window to them.)
Juan was also right on schedule when he came to repair / replace the window, and the job was completed quickly and very professionally.
I would definitely recommend Juan and his company.

Eric and Pablo replaced the rubber gaskets and balances for 8 of my windows. At every step they were explaining what they were doing. These guys saved me a lot of money because originally I was planning to get my windows replaced. They repaired each and every part and made the windows look like new. Didn't work with them, so not qualified to comment on their quality. They are professional and responsive, although very expensive.
I read the previous reviews about them being a great value. Hence decided to call them for an on-site visit. Received a quote for around $3k for the 2 window repairs while the replacement is costing me around $4-5k. Other quotes from different companies were less than $1k so I was very surprised on this one.
Even though I didn't go ahead with them they were patient with me and professional while communicating.
