Cut down 3 trees, grinded 2 stumps, and did a great job removing ALL of the logs and brush. They even took some brush left over from some bushes I had cut down and shredded it.

They listened really well to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me.
The workers were swift, enthusiastic, thorough and clean. They even chipped our Christmas tree lying on the sidewalk.
That was just over a week ago-- right before the big blizzard of 2016. So glad they came through and got rid of our dead branches before that!

Dealing with Royal Tree Service (Jonathan and his guys) was a pleasure. Communication was easy, the guys that come to do the work (removing a tree & stump from my yard) were knowledgeable, professional and worked quickly & cleanly. Very happy I hired them and will 100% hire them again.

Jon was extremely responsive. He came out and provided a free estimate immediately (Same day). His pricing was very competitive with others we asked to quote for the project. He went into very detailed explanation of what options there are to trim and prevent branches from falling in the future. He also promised he is doing the job with cranes which can potentially destroy the driveway - because the tree is in the back of the house and it is not easily accessible. I told him our neighbor is having some issues with the branches potentially falling and he quoted a project date that is less than 3 days away.
On the date of the project - Jon provided very thorough communications - when they are arriving, etc. The crew was extremely professional. They had someone climbed on the tree and did a massive trimming in about 5 hours. They cleaned up everything and went into details afterward on what was done. They removed and hauled away all the logs, branches and debris. The entire experience was extremely pleasant and happy to deal with someone professional and communicative. Jon texted the day after to make sure everything is okay and that is rare in my experience hiring for home projects.
I highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a professional and communicative crew.

Jonathon's crew did a great job. Had a 50 foot pine tree right next to an extension that was build on a home I just recently purchased. Pine needle,pine sap and pine cones were all over my roof, drains and gutters. His crew came on time, worked in a very safe manner and removed the tree and grinned the stump. I would definitely use his service again and recommend his company.
