If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!! My husband dropped off two of our laptops two week ago for "diagnosis only" to a man named "ROB", my I guess is this is short for robbery!!! The first laptop came back as not workable and we received a call from "Rob" saying that to extract info would be over $100! At which point we declined. The second laptop needed a password to be accessed which we didn't know , we provided a list of possible password and we were told by "Rob" that he'd call us back . Fast forward a week later and we receive a call saying we have a balance of $180 for work which we did not approve of!! What kind of scam is this. He specifically told my husband he'd never do work without giving you a quote first!!!! Now we have a bill for a laptop that is not worth the work???? Thieves!! Do not go here!!!!!

I Rod spoke with your husband directly that gave permission to work on the machine. Don't think its fair to call us thieves when you didn't communicate with your other half.

I'm not the most knowledge with computers but I know my way around. Came into this store twice asking for advice and help when I was dealing with data and computer problems. The situation the first time was that my computer hard drive had stop working and i needed and to see if the data was recoverable. Decided not to use them and went to the apple store to get the computer recovered. Earlier this morning my hard drive had crashed and since I live close to this place I decided to stop and see what he could do for me. Like last time "Rod" said that the diagnostic assessment will be 40 and after that he will tell me what steps we can take for recovering the hard drive. I was willing to do because I care for the information a lot but then I asked him "What do you during the diagnostic assessment? He said "I'm not gonna tell you that, I use computer commands" or something along the lines of that. I preceded to get a better explanation for my money and then he said I'm offending him for asking what he's going to do because it's so cheap. At this point I walked out because no store owner should ever DISRESPECT a customer because they don't like a question they ask because they are CONCERNED with THEIR HARDWARE. So I just walked out and decided to give him a bad review because that's what they deserve after disrespecting me for asking a simple question. I'm sure they are not people but that's not how you treat a customer if you wanna run a business and I'm sure if I was older white lady I would have not been talked down to the same way. But hey who wants to be old? Currently I'm fixing the hard drive myself because I had backups and it's going just fine and I'm glad I didn't spend my money with someone who I don't agree with how they run business.
