- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a non-refundable payment. Since availability can be unpredictable, it is advisable to secure your booking as soon as you have a confirmed party date. Our typical booking timeframe is between 3 to 5 weeks in advance. However, for last-minute bookings (within 5 days), an additional fee applies as we need to adjust our schedules and make necessary arrangements within a shorter timeframe.

Facepaint, balloon twisting, balloon arches, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, Photo Booth/360, party props and rentals.
