- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we charge clients a standard fee of $110.00 for handyman services per hour per employee agreed to be on site; however, we are currently running a promotion that allows our clients to lock in at $85.00 per hour per employee required on site no matter what the job is. Most of our clients have already locked at this rate and we continue to have successful business relationships with several of the most profitable businesses in the United States. No matter what happens, your price remains firm for a minimum of five years. In the event that the economy shifts dramatically, we inform our clients and have a discussion with them regarding any changes that may be necessary. With WiseBuild there are NO SURPRISES, and NO HASSLES. We look forward to a sincere and healthy business relationship with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to expect from us next Having signed the necessary paperwork, the Wisebuild technician will submit the signed agreement to our office and you will be entered into our system for scheduling. You will receive a phone call during the next business day from our office for the purpose of scheduling the start day for your project or, if you agreed to have a formal design made, a date for when the design should be ready, after which we will schedule to begin your project. If you do not hear from us in two business days, feel free to give us a call.
