I was originally going to give a GREAT review because Marco seemed very dedicated, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to find a solution to my computer issue. The problem was never fixed, but that is not what lowered my opinion so drastically. Marco was eager to make another appointment to try something new once he got back into town, but then I received two texts from him attempting to get me to download a sketchy app/software on my PHONE. I rejected both, and after that, it was impossible to get in touch with him. He stopped responding to my calls, texts, messages, etc. I became concerned that something had happened to him and sent a message on their web site. He responded that he was okay, and I was very much relieved to hear that. However, he has not responded since that date THREE MONTHS AGO and has not tried to contact me once about setting up that appointment or anything. I'm totally confused and extremely skeptical now about the programs he installed and changes he made to my computer. Would have totally understood if he gave up because he had no idea what caused the pc problem, but to just disappear and ignore me, I just don't get that.

Thank you Marco and Dad ...the job well done ..the work and experience you both have just made it so much easier for both of us...to know that your a phone call away is even better but the time you took to explain it all and not rushing through anything .I know we understand it...He's one great guy and showed up on time and the clean up was amazing not one thing left behind .besides feeling safe in our new home all I can say is he's great ...

Security cameras install. Marco showed up on time for both the initial consultation and the day of the install. His outstanding customer service reflects on his above and beyond the scope of the work efforts. Installation went extremely well and he made sure everything was in working order before the leaving the worksite. Excellent job Marco!
