- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the kind of service (repair/installation), measurements if available, and type of door or accessory needed. On-site evaluation (if necessary) and estimates are performed. We make sure our customers are given the best options, priced fair, and are well informed throughout the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified auto mechanic. And after working in this field for 7 years, I have more than enough experience to handle the task.
