What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $100.00 for a basic service call. If the call takes longer than 1 hour, my price is $60 per hour. 2 hours equals $120.00. 3 hours $180. Im quite flexible with my system. Give us a call to discuss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The State of NJ mandates that all licensed electrical contractors complete 36 hours of continuing education over 3 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's a great career, and I have always enjoyed working with my hands.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in all residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects and repairs. The most common calls are service related. Broken swtich, bad ballast, replace bad outlets, install new fixtures.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Paps Electric LLC recently finished a residential basement. This basement was all custom. Specialty lighting, new electrical panels, standby generator. This house got the works. Project was completed on time and on budget. Clients were extremely happy with finished work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your contractor is reliable, and he is charging you correctly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
At times it can be extremely dangerous and licensed professional should always be hired.
