About this pro
I first hired Andrew through a special Angie's List deal to replace some outlets and a ceiling fan. He and his associates replaced a dozen outlets in less than an hour. Andrew told me where I can get new blades for my existing fan instead of replacing it. I then hired him on my own to troubleshoot a possibly faulty circuit. I cancelled the first appointment because he was stuck at another emergency call (communication on that one was late) but for the rescheduled day he showed up EXACTLY on time. There was no problem with the circuit. He looked at a couple of other minor things and charged a fair price. I am going to be selling my house and I will pass his name on to the buyers as a great resource for electrical work. Personality, professionalism, expertise -- what's not to like? Highly recommended.Aug 21, 2015

We need more honest people like this guy in the area. I sent him pics of what I needed and he told me right away he would not do the job because it would be illegal to convert an outlet to the amps necessary for the heater and could cause a fire. He even let me patch in my landlord so he could tell my landlord himself what he was trying to do was illegal and unsafe. I received quotes from other ppl to do this job no problem. Shame on them and I'll be calling Andrew at Paps Electric next time I need someone I can trust and rely on.Mar 1, 2014Verified
