Our management fees are structured as a transparent percentage of the monthly rent collected, with no hidden fees. Pricing includes tenant communication, rent collection, owner distributions via ACH, maintenance coordination, and compliance oversight. For larger portfolios or multi-unit properties, we offer customized pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your property, goals, and current challenges. From there, we set up your account in our management portal, review compliance items, and outline a clear management plan. For rental units, we handle marketing, screening, and lease execution. For occupied properties, we coordinate directly with tenants to ensure a smooth transition.

Our company is led by David Quinones Jr., Licensed Broker of Record in New Jersey with over 25 years of experience in real estate and property management. We operate under full brokerage licensure, ensuring all services meet state compliance requirements. Our team also has hands-on experience managing residential, multifamily, HOA, and commercial properties across Northern New Jersey.
