Rates:
Hourly rate + truck fee (please call / text us for details). No "heavy item fee", no "stairs fee", no "mileage fee", literally no other fees except hourly rate and truck fee. Minimum order is 2 hours and prorated rate of each 30 minutes after

Sorry to say but we were very disappointed with the crew. They took way longer than expected inspite of 90% packing that was done by ourselves. We were finally charged 920 total which was almost 2x our estimates. They were unable to move the recliner & king bed to the second floor & dumped the two big tickets items in the garage stating further dismantling of the furniture. Also the crew attitude was not polite at all. I wouldn't recommend this moving service, Thanks! The movers were not professional and rude to interact with.
Update - The moving company has agreed to address concerns!

John Frank Moving Company were great ! They first honored my original price when I had looked into their services before our move. And when the day came we realized our move might have been underestimated for two people but Andri & Igor were amazing, they managed to load everything quickly and moved all our things with no problem and even added protective plastic to certain things we hadn’t noticed. They were very thoughtful and professional I would book them in the future. Thank you for everything !

First moving company I have ever hired who showed up exactly on time! They were quick moving, careful, and competent. They were able to disassemble a large bed that had many stripped bolts, something I had worried about for weeks leading up to the move; but, they took apart and reassembled that bed like it was no problem at all! I would definitely hire them again.

We had such a great experience with this moving company! The movers were punctual and efficient, helping us quickly pack up our old place and even dispose of furniture we no longer needed. They went above and beyond by carefully packing our 80” TV and handling all of our belongings with great care, which we really appreciated.
When we arrived at our new apartment, they didn’t just drop everything off, they made sure each box and piece of furniture was placed in the exact rooms and spots. It made settling in so much easier.
Overall, the service exceeded our expectations. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and worry-free. We’ll definitely be using them again for our next move!
