FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the job size and materials. I provide clear estimates upfront and any discounts or extra fees, like for after hours or special materials, are explained before any work begins. So, you’ll always know what you’re paying for and why. No vague add-ons later. That keeps things predictable and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, I usually start with a short conversation about what they need, so I can understand the scope. Then I’ll typically schedule a site visit if needed, give a clear written estimate, and explain timelines and materials. Once we agree, I keep communication open during the job, and do a final walkthrough to make sure they’re satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at Fortis Institute in Wayne, where I earned my certification as an electrician. After that, I gained hands-on experience on residential and commercial projects, That combination of formal training and field work shapes how I approach safe and reliable installations today.
