- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing depending on the type of plumbing service needed. Simple repairs like leaks, faucet replacements, or toilet repairs are usually quick and affordable. Larger jobs such as water heater installation or pipe repairs may require an estimate. I always explain the cost before starting the work so there are no surprises for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, I first ask a few questions about the plumbing issue to understand the problem. In many cases, customers can send a photo to help me diagnose the issue faster. Then we schedule a convenient time for the service. I arrive on time, explain the repair, and complete the work efficiently while keeping the area clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing and home repairs. I have worked on a wide range of plumbing services including leak repairs, drain cleaning, pipe repairs, faucet and toilet installations, and water heater installations. My experience allows me to quickly identify problems and provide reliable solutions for my customer.
