Introduction: Your session is tailored specifically to you. I am intuitively guided before and during the session as to what your body requires. I will not charge extra for any additional services I instinctively provide for you during the session. Any messages that may be receive from Spirit or my Spirit Guides will be shared with you at the end. Time is built into my schedule before and after your session to discuss what's showing up for you. So if you schedule a one hour session it's actually 1 1/2hrs in total. Services include not limited to Access Bars®, Crystals, Reiki, Shamanism, Sound Therapy and more.

I’ve gone to Veronica for access bars, crystal healing, and Tibetan bowl healing. I can assure you, none of them will disappoint! Veronica is very knowledgeable in what she does. She takes the time to explain everything to you as well as answer any questions you may have. I cannot recommend her enough!

Veronica provided treatments on me utilizing the Access Consciousness Facelift technique, which is an energy exchange with her hands around my head. I am recovering from a shoulder surgery, yet the session seemed to bring up & out other wounds of the past, (like some ovarian cysts) that needed additional healing. I could feel the energy moving, causing me to physically move too. I received messages that were important for me. It was wonderful when it was over, how my experience corresponded to what she was experiencing also! That is what makes a fantastic practitioner.

Veronica is absolutely amazing and has helped me heal and I just can’t thank her enough. I go for Access Bars every other week because I have felt the change in my thought process and it’s so much healthier. She is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and incredible at what she does. I highly recommend access bars or any of the healing techniques that she offers.

I had an amazing experience with Veronica from Aloha Health and Wellness. She did an Access Energetic Face Lift for me. She explained that this type of energy healing helps to remove a lot of the limiting beliefs (all beliefs have an energy) that get locked into our body and face. Veronica was very professional. She showed up on time, ready to go, and she is the absolute sweetest person. She made me super comfortable.During the session, I immediately felt almost like a small current of energy moving from my feet up to my head. I am sensitive to energy, so I felt almost like a very small pressure in my head for a few minutes. After that slowed down, I would keep getting these little feelings of energy movement (sometimes like small waves) moving through my body. Sometimes it would all be through my left leg. Sometimes it was on my right side, but I felt it quite a bit. I also saw lots of colors and patterns while my eyes were closed. In the beginning the colors were all over the place. Toward the end, there was a lot of purple, indigo and green. It was very relaxing as well.Before the session, I was experiencing tiredness, headache, congestion (I have had chronic sinusitis and allergies), as well as stomach pains, and I was also feeling the end of UTI symptoms. My stomach was the worst out of all the symptoms. After the session, I felt energized, very light almost floaty, and almost every pain and congestion was gone. I was in pretty bad shape when we started, and by the end I only had a very soft dull pain on the side.I cant say that I fully understood everything that this service would provide. After having experienced it, I would definitely recommend my friends and family to try it. I also know that it has been very helpful for people who have experienced Bells Palsy.For myself, I have been in the beauty industry for 21 years. This has had a huge effect on my self-esteem. This has also placed lots of pressure on me in regards to how I should look. I want to fully accept myself and love myself for the person I am and role model that for my girls. Removing all of the limiting beliefs and judgements I have experienced throughout my life, is super important to me. This is the perfect service to move forward with more confidence and fill myself with positive energy and beliefs.Thank you Veronica!!! I am excited for our next session.

Working with Veronica at Aloha health and wellness has been an important part of my healing journey.Through a shamanic healing session, Veronica was able to help me connect to emotions and memories from childhood experiences with family members and release stagnant blocked energy.Through an access bars session, she was able to help me again move stagnant energy up and out allowing be to just be for lack of a better phrase. This was so helpful based the the heavy work I was doing daily just to continue healing and growing. The session itself was so relaxing. It was a gentle skull massage and I could literally feel the energy being pulled up from my legs through my body up and out. Like someone taking a weight not just off your shoulders but removing from the body. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate or overthink it just book.

New clients complete questionnaire prior to session depending on its nature. We spend about 15-30 minutes engaging on where you are in the present time. Nothing is rushed.
