- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Adriatic Home Improvement Co., Inc., we believe in fair, transparent, and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so we evaluate the property, scope of work, materials, labor, and specific customer needs before providing a detailed estimate. We do not believe in attracting customers with unrealistic low prices and then adding unexpected charges later. Our goal is to explain the work clearly from the beginning so customers understand exactly what they are paying for. We also offer different material and project options whenever possible to help customers find the right balance between quality, durability, and budget. Our focus has always been long-term value and completing the job correctly the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening carefully to the customer and understanding exactly what they are trying to accomplish. We schedule an inspection or consultation, evaluate the existing conditions, discuss the customer's concerns, and explain the available options. After that, we provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended work, materials, and pricing. Once the customer approves the project, we coordinate scheduling, material delivery, job-site preparation, and installation. Throughout the project, we maintain communication with the customer and address any questions that may arise. After completion, we inspect the work, clean the property, and make sure the customer is satisfied before considering the project finished. We believe communication, organization, workmanship, and respect for the customer's property are just as important as the construction itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My construction education started long before I ever owned a company. As a child, I followed my grandfather, who spent his life building houses from the ground up. I watched him work, carried materials, learned how buildings were put together, and gradually developed an understanding of construction that cannot be learned only from a classroom. Over the years, that early experience grew into professional hands-on experience in roofing, siding, exterior construction, repairs, remodeling, waterproofing, flashing, skylights, and many other areas of residential and commercial construction. Adriatic Home Improvement Co., Inc. has now been in business for approximately 25 years. During that time, we have continued learning through real-world experience, manufacturer requirements, building practices, new materials, and changing construction methods. Construction has been part of my life since childhood, and that experience continues to influence how we approach every project today.
