They did a great job - Greg Z kept us in the loop the entire time, was super transparent, their pricing was extremely competitive (with a better warranty), and most importantly, they did a great job with clean-up. Greg answered all of our follow-up questions on ventilation/circulation (as we were interested in edge intake vents, a ridge vent, gutters, re-decking), and everything went well - well enough that they're my go-to recommendation!

My roof was 30+ years old and had been patched several times but was ready for replacement. A new roof would enable me to shop for a new homeowner's insurance policy. Joe Spano explained all the details of both the replacement process and, especially, the cleanup process using a magnetic sweeper to ensure that all nails and debris were completely removed from my lawn and driveway. I liked that detail. His crew replaced all of the crumbling underlying plywood with fresh material. The entire job was completed in a single day. The finished roof looks terrific. Now I can enjoy the peace of mind from knowing that my new roof is secure for many years to come and I was also able to seek out a new homeowners policy and will be saving thousands of dollars in premiums. So, in some ways, the roof will help pay for itself. All good!

The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process.If I could give them 10 stars I would.GREAT JOB!!

After thoughtful consideration we chose Jersey Roofing to replace our roof and were beyond glad that we did. The integrity and responsiveness of everyone we dealt with was beyond exceptional. Minn, who runs the office, was available each time we reached out and quickly addressed any and all of our concerns with compassion, warmth and expertise. Eric, our foreman was honest and respectful as were his crew of very hard workers. The roof looks fantastic, but just as important the clean-up was impeccable. The crew was careful to protect our plants, the pavers in our driveway and our neighbors properties. Other roofing companies might use similar materials, but Jersey Roofings integrity and responsiveness sets it apart from the rest.
