I would absolutely work with Appliance Smart again and highly recommend them! Moses was completely professional, super nice, knew what he was doing and fixed my washer for a very reasonable price. I contacted them on Friday and by Monday morning he was here. Sears, as well as other appliance repair places couldn't even get here for over a week. Definitely give Appliance Smart a call before calling anyone else :)

Moses came over the day right after we made the request for an estimate. He ordered the part and made the necessary repairs to our over in just a couple of days. He came in over $100 under the estimate and was both polite and quick to complete the work. I would definitely recommend.

I could not be any happier!!!!!! Moses was super friendly and very knowledgeable and even fit me in on my schedule to fix my gas dryer that had stopped heating. He knew right away what was wrong- ordered the part and had it installed in no time and my dryer is up and running again- highly recommend Moses and will be using him again for ALL of my appliances!!!!!Thank you

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always charge the trip charge/diagnostic/estimate($60). If you decide to not repair then this would be the only charge As always we can apply that charge towards the repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I remember what helped with my wife and I when we hired a contractor to come to our home. 1) call the business and speak to the technician that will be actually performing the job. What type of impression did you get? 2) After the diagnostic is presented, you should feel completely clear on what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Working with GE I would service approximately 1200 customers per year. Although I'm a licensed electrician, certified in refrigeration and factory certified I think my hands on experience working with a full range of customers has been invaluable.
