I had a leak on my roof that came through the bedroom ceiling! He replaced the dry wall and insulation in the bedroom ceiling. I only asked for the ceiling fix but he offered to get on the roof and find the source of the leak. He found the source of the problem instead of just patching up something that would just leak again. In all honesty I wasn’t even thinking about that being a new homeowner(which is nerve racking lol)He explained how important the roof’s integrity is because that could lead to mold which is yucky!!! He patched up the roof and he even offered to re-coat the whole roof in the future if I wanted. I highly recommend him ask about his background he has a plethora of skills he answered any other questions I had very clearly!
