From start to finish. Communication with Ryan was very responsive and he worked with our schedule as the contractor was still finishing up the work as we were uncertain on the date for their service.
On the day of the cleaning. The crew showed up on time and went into work as planned. They were diligently cleaning all the windows and floors that were pretty much covered with a thick layer of dust. They took their time and foreman make sure everything is up to par with what was discussed
I will definitely use them again and is considering hiring them to do routine services when we finally settle in.

The Maids did a great job- it was awesome to have a whole team descend upon the house leaving no surface untouched. They were also great with my pets and have their own cleaning products (unless you ask for a substitution). I would use them again.

I recently had the The Maids in East Bergen clean our home and, I must say, I am beyond impressed! From the moment I reached out to them till the completion of the cleaning, Ryan and his teams professionalism and attention to detail were great.The booking process was pretty seamless and very convenient. Also, Ryan, the owner, was not only friendly but also went out of his way to accommodate all of my requests. He made sure to take note of every detail and was able to find a cleaning appointment that perfectly fit into my busy schedule.When it came to the actual cleaning, I was really blown away by the level of excellence displayed by the cleaning team. They have a unique, 4 person cleaning system that allows them to work pretty efficiently and hit every nook and cranny, which left my home spotless. Given the fact that we have 3 toddlers and a dog, you can imagine the state of our home on a daily basis, yet The Maids came in and worked their magic.If you're in search of a reliable, professional, and service-focused cleaning service, I highly recommend The Maids, especially if youre a busy family whos short on time while trying to balance careers and kids.

They do an excellent job when cleaning my house. They are very thorough and detailed oriented, and the owner and the staff are great to deal with. I have two dogs who shed a lot and they do an excellent job vacuuming and cleaning all over the house to leave it spotless, smelling very fresh, and remove dog hair and odors. Highly recommend them!
