I dedicated myself to meeting w/ Barry 3 times a week. He customized and provided me with the short, yet intense training that I needed. I haven’t look this good in years!! Even my wife has noticed..lol. Thank you for being patient, flexible, and accommodating. I highly recommend his service.

Barry is the BEST. I’m a beginner, but I’ve been in sessions where he’s also training men and women who are ripped. Barry is so encouraging but doesn’t let you slack. I’ve worked with other trainers who had me lifting weights that were way too light. Not Barry—he pushes you in a really supportive way. I recommend him highly and unreservedly.

If I could have picked all 5 traits I would have and then some! Barry is a fun, enthusiastic, and dedicated trainer. He makes sure to ask you what your goals are and then helps you achieve them. Working out with him never feels like a chore and no two sessions are ever the same. He keeps the sessions fresh and challenging. His big warm smile and positive attitude make all the difference. I’m someone who never liked working out and now I always look forward to my time with Barry and the way I feel after our sessions. Thank you Barry!

Barry is the best there is. He knows how to motivate and connect with his clients at such a high level. Barry works with you to set attainable goals while creating a positive and encouraging culture. I would recommend Barry to anyone - whether your looking to do the little things like increase flexibility or develop healthy habits and routines, or if your goals and objectives are more ambitious.

Great job, his workouts are great and he comes up with a workout that works for all people at all levels. You’re sore for days- in a good way 😊 Highly recommend!!!
