We had a wet basement, but Delta Waterproofing and Roofing made it dry and habitable! They provided comprehensive and efficient basement waterproofing services. Was hired to do pointing, some sealing on porch and redo roof work in August and the leaks persist. Unfortunately his selling point was a certificate of guarantee of his work that he NEVER gave to me at the end of the job. I called and texted for weeks after- no certificate no receipt for the job done. He comes off very kind but like many in this industry is a shister. Unfortunately I think he played me because I’m a single woman. At one point he even said you need a man. Super disappointed.

Jordan addressed our call for emergency flooding issue in our basement. We discussed the scope of the work and agreed on starting work. He didn't meet our expectations, because he had inexperienced workers, no real supplies and kept changing the scope of project. I had to let him and his team go, because the contract was poorly rewritten after we discussed errors and adjustment we agreed on and constant changing of scope of work. He was not professional.
