- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the best price possible from the beginning theirs really no need to negotiate when it comes to pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well its simple to me. After we agree on scheduling a date and time to get the job done i just continue to be myself at all times if there is something i cannot do i simple say so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently attending school for welding, fabrication, and blue print reading. I constantly take advantage of researching the latest technology because the world is constantly changing and we have to change with it.
