- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have 2 options when it comes to pricing - Hourly and Flat Rate. Depend of the project our representatives will suggest one or another, but it is your call. 1. Hourly Rate Our hourly rate includes labor time and travel time. Labor time is calculated from the start to the finish of the job, including packing and unpacking. Time between two (or more) addresses is still considered as labor time. Travel time is fixed upfront and covers the time it takes for us to travel from our base to the customer’s first location, and from the second location back to our base. Please note that boxes are not included in the hourly rate if packing is needed. To ensure the safe transport of your belongings, we provide moving blankets to protect your furniture and plastic covers to keep your mattresses clean and undamaged. Additionally, we offer TV boxes and two rent-free wardrobe boxes to help you organize your items for a smooth move. Our flat rate provides a transparent, upfront cost for your move, including boxes if packing is required, so you can budget accordingly without any surprises. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As Beyond Easy Moving and Storage, our typical process for working with a new customer starts with a consultation to understand their moving needs and requirements. We then provide them with a detailed estimate outlining the costs and services involved. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the moving date and begin preparing for the move. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication with our customers to ensure a seamless and stress-free moving experience.

As a team at Beyond Easy Moving and Storage, we have a combined 15 years of experience in the moving industry. We have also received training in various aspects of moving and storage services, including packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. Additionally, we are fluent in English, which allows us to effectively communicate with our customers to understand their specific needs and requirements. Our experience and training enable us to provide our customers with high-quality moving services that are tailored to their individual needs.
