FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to create a cost effective and efficient weight loss/fitness program that deliver optimal results for each individual client...Though one on one training cost is for 30 minutes, clients are accessed and scheduled for time as needed beyond 30 minutes at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can expect in me a professional and fully committed trainer who has an undeniable relationship with his word. Typically all clients are consulted with, to assess their history before a personalized plan is created for you. Our first session is usually lite as we test your flexibility, strength etc.. Thereafter we do a bit of stretching to start the process of you limbering up, to minimize/eliminate possible injuries while working towards your goals, then we move into some calisthenics and or functional exercise to see where you are in terms of strength and go from there...Also, in recognition of the fact that diet is 95% fitness. Nutritional counseling may be necessary and is included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am successful and experienced exercise physiologist/fitness trainer with over 25 years experience. Nothing inspires me more that to help my clients achieve their weight loss/fitness goals who never thought possible.
