Alex found a way to fit us into his busy schedule. He picked up an item I needed to Best Buy on his way over, and did his best to address our many issues. I had multiple computers with problems some easy and some that cannot be fixed. If you need someone right away, Alex is a great choice! He offered to extend his help even after the appointment. He really went out of his way to help us fast! The photo of the cracked computer was one of ours, do duct tape required :)
