I also am a resident artist at a museum in Jersey City called the Mana Contemporary (manacontemporary.com), in which I have a 2000Sq foot studio that I operate a professional portrait photography business out of specializing in child and family portrait photography. I also shot the cover of black enterprise magazine there.
