- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer hires us, we make sure to explain how we'll solve their problem, outline our guarantees, and mention any potential issues to be aware of. On the service day, our technician takes the time to walk through the process and asks if there are any concerns. We understand pest problems can be overwhelming, but we're dedicated to resolving them quickly. Please feel free to ask any questions you have, and we'll address all your concerns before starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained commercial pesticide applicator certifications for both New York, accredited by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and New Jersey, accredited by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
