What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he took in the work. He treated my property as if it were his own, which gave me a level of confidence and peace of mind that is hard to find with contractors.
But what makes this experience even more special is the relationship we built along the way. We started out as a homeowner and contractor, but by the end of the project, he had become much more like a friend. That says a lot about the kind of person he is.
If you are looking for someone who is skilled, trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would highly recommend him. I would absolutely work with him again on future projects.

It turned out to be a bigger job than expected, but they stayed and got the heat restored before our tenants moved in.
Chris is great! Firstly he came to break several holes to find the leaking, then buy materials and come back to fix the next day. Fix replace the pipes and then put back dry wall and compound and cleaning up after done all in one day.
Thank you for the quick response and effort during a stressful situation.

Not only did he do a fantastic job putting the bedframe together efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning up all the packaging material and making sure everything was perfectly sturdy before he left.
