I called and they were able to make time for me the following day at a time that was convenient for me. The technician was so professional and put on the shoe covers so as not to make my home dirty. He had all the equipment and figured out that it was a motherboard issue and quoted what it would cost me. He proceeded to fix my Tread in 10 mins. I was very happy with my experience and have recommended Boost already

I was very impressed with their great availability. They scheduled me in quickly and Ramiz was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. The error code we had was not appearing but he still spent 45 minutes making sure everything was checked. I appreciated his attention to detail and not just leaving when the error code wasnt there. We will definitely be returning customers!
