- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to first time customers and the amount of the discount varies by season. Recurring bookings also receive a discount. Please note that any estimate given does not include the standard NJ sales tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want every customer to be satisfied and super happy working with us. After initially connecting with each new customer, we check with them to capture what they need. Next, we provide the total cost and available discount. Following that, we lock in a cleaning date and time that is convenient for the customer. Finally, our cleaners show up and make their home sparkle. Throughout the booking process, the customer is kept up to date through seamless and timely text messages.
