Charles replaced my furnace and AC unit. He was on time, knowledgeable about the process, worked quickly, and provided a fair price. I would absolutely recommend him.

Charles did not measure up. He came to install a smart thermostat NEST. He claim he had installed several of them. It looked like he knew what to do, but he only connected AC and not the heating. I tried repeatedly to contact him to come back and fix it, no response. I asked for my money back - no response still. This is unacceptable
