TLDR: I’d work with Zaire’s team, just don’t expect it to be completely hands-off the day of the move. Pros: + Communication: Zaire (owner) is a strong communicator. Only guy to give me a call same day of booking to go over move logistics and call. I felt confident that Zaire would respond to me via text or phone the few days before the move and the day of. + Fair value: Zaire acknowledged that day of move didn’t go 100% smoothly and worked me with to come to an agreement we both found fair. Cons: + Punctuality: Both movers arrived late day of move. One arrived 10 minutes late, the other arrived one hour late. + Packing the truck systematically: I rented a 10ft UHaul to move a 5x7 storage unit’s worth of stuff. I expected the team to have more knowledge about how to pack the truck systematically, but that was not the case. Required all of us to think this through each load which led to a few minutes lost here and there as we loaded.

Last week we received more feedback about a crew member who affected this move and another job. They’re no longer with the business. We also don’t expect clients to get involved with loading or planning on move day unless they push for it. This still doesn’t make your move as smooth as we aim for, and I’m sorry the job fell short. I’m glad we were able to land on a fair outcome together. I appreciate you and your business, Paul. Hope you’re settling into the new place.

Working with Nestled made my move so much easier. They were on time, efficient but the best part was they handled everything for me. From bringing the furniture into my new apartment, to reassembling bookshelves back to their original state so I didn't have to hire anybody else. Thank you!!!
