- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to the specific needs of each customer. We offer competitive rates and can discuss discounts for long-term projects or multiple sessions. Please reach out for a personalized quote. I have a minimum of 4 hours. There is a 24hrs notice for cancellation fee of $65.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs and goals. We'll create a customized plan and schedule that suits your preferences. Regular communication ensures that we stay aligned with your expectations throughout the organizing process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For over twenty years, I have worked as an organizer in many different capacities. I have worked as a client service specialist, an administrative assistant and, an executive assistant in varying industries. It is from these experiences that I decided to transfer all my skills to start my professional organizing company.
