Marija is definitely an expert when it comes to organizing. She had great ideas when it came to organizing my bedroom, my two hallway closets and my son's room as well. Having everything organized and put away brought a sense of peace to my home. It was a great experience and I'll hire her again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mariah and her team at HM Solutions - Household Staffing. Mariah, her boyfriend Josne, and her assistant Linda were absolutely incredible from start to finish and completely transformed my closet and wardrobe.
This was so much more than simply organizing a closet. They helped me go through everything, declutter, completely rearrange my wardrobe, figure out what made sense to keep and where everything should go, and even installed additional clothing rods so I could actually maximize the space I have. What felt overwhelming to me became completely manageable because they jumped in, worked together, and handled every detail.
Mariah is warm, patient, incredibly hardworking, and has such a natural eye for organization. She never made me feel judged about the amount of stuff I had or pressured me when deciding what to get rid of. Josne was amazing with the more hands-on parts of the project, including getting the rods installed and making the space function so much better, and Linda was such a huge help throughout the entire process. They were all so friendly, easy to have in my home, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the end result.
By the time they finished, my closet looked and felt like an entirely different space. Everything has a place, I can actually see what I own, getting dressed feels easier, and the whole room feels lighter and less cluttered. I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference having the right people come in and completely reset a space could make.

I can’t recommend HM highly enough. She organized both my storage closet and my clothing closet, and the transformation was incredible. She arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had a clear system that made the entire process seamless.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At H-M-Solutions we tailor your space by your needs and desires. We offer free online consultations. For in home consultations, that typically run per hour we charge flat fee of $100 that is payable with cash, Zelle or Venmo.
Our organizers charge by the hour or by the project.
Our hourly rate is $90 per hour and any additional person require additional $90. We have 4 organizers in total. For consulting that requires longer travel time and we charge additional $25 for tolls and gas.
Donations and items disposal: we are charging a flat fee of $50 for transportation of donation items that are not furniture. We work with various donation shops in NYC and NJ and we can dispose any of your smaller items to the shops in our local shops.
If physical shopping is needed then flat fee of $100 is applied for each shopping trip arranged. This includes ordering in physical stores and any returns.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact our team will set either virtual walkthrough or physical one, depending on complexity of the project and clients needs. We come, discuss and measure your space. If we are required we will arrange purchasing of the items, we will arrange it as well as the drop off and schedule the date of the project. After this our team comes in and we make magic. Lastly we are waiting for that - WOW effect and give advice for maintaining your newly regained space.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a household manager for 15 years working for UHNW families.
