- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 3 hour minimum on all requests. This allows for set up and break down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick call or a more in depth questionnaire about their event. We will need to work how we can work with the venue and other vendors to provide the most seamless service. The Photobooth is usually the "focal" point of every event so it's a good idea to have a place in mind so we can discuss logistics. Once confirmed on all - we will send over a proposal and invoice. 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
