- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Minimum of 2 hours for either service - Pricing is dependent on # of hours, location of venue and services requested [360 versus photobooth with prints or digital] - Discounts available if you inquire and then book same day! Normally 5% discounting and depending on location of venue - travel fee may be waived
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We normally get all details regarding the venue and if they require insurance - we are happy to work with the wedding planner or venue directly so you don't have to! - 25% upfront deposit is required upon signing of contact - Remaining balance is due prior to the event - Contract is fully guaranteed until the event concludes -- we aim for quality!
