I was having some issues maintaining my occupancy percentage up for a few months at a short-term rental that I host. A friend of mine put me onto a company called Host Your Stays. They said they would do all the managing of the property for me and that my occupancy should increase. I’ve used them and I can say this is the best decision I’ve made for my business. My occupancy has gone up and I have a steady client base thanks to the systems they have employed. It’s really like driving while on cruise control.

Host Your Stays helped me to not have to deal with the typical stress of managing my rental units. They’ve helped me multiply my income which has created more time freedom.
