Jason came out very quickly and fixed the leaking pipe under our sink. There was still some water after he fixed what we thought was the problem. He took the time to repair that part and didn't charge extra labor. He even took a look at the dishwasher. The price was really reasonable and the work was done well. I would definitely use him again.
The Tech from Service Guys arrived at our home early on a Saturday morning, just as we had requested. He explained how he would make the repairs and got to work right away. We were disappointed with the resealing of a sink drain. The finished project looked sloppy and messy. We could have done that ourselves, but we hired a professional thinking he would do a better job than us. The other projects (fixing a broken kitchen drawer, installing a drawer pull, and hanging two kitchen shelves) were done quickly and to our satisfaction. We only wish the resealed drain was cleaner, but otherwise we are glad we hired the Service Guys.
Ackthba was quick and super helpful. He came and unclogged my sink and fixed my toilet handle so the water doesn't run. He did it in 20 min and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
James was excellent from start to finish. We had to go to Home Depot and get some supplies on a Sunday night, he was nice enough to text back and forth with us to make sure we got the right item. James did a great job installing a new sink for us and changing a bunch of outlets and switches. He was also able to make a new switch for us. James was professional, as well as personable. Really nice guy. Would definitely recommend him to others!!
Walter was a pleasure to work with, he installed our new sink faucet (and removed the old and very difficult faucet) at a very reasonable price. He also looked at a few other issues we were having (running toilet, drippy faucet, faulty bath tub jets) and was extremely knowledgable in fixing the issues.
He plumbed a new sink and replaced a shower spout in the main bathroom. Excellent job. Would highly recommend.
Edward did an excellent job installing a three compartment sink for our commercial space. There are many plumbers who do good work, but Edward has qualities that the others lack. He communicates clearly; about the details of the job, about when he will show up, and how long the job will take. His work is clean, level, well bolted to the wall, with all the bits and pieces visually aligned. His pricing is more than fair. In short, Edward is now our plumber for all future needs. Willoughby General, Bed-Stuy
Came out the same day, was honest & upfront. Fixed the leak under my sink, and his prices was affordable.
Florooter Sewer did an excellent job. Herbert and his crew were professional. We had several items in this project. Snack 2 hair clogged sinks. Replace the trap on a kitchen sink, connect a gas stove and replace the faulty leaking shower body with a pressure shower body. One the shower, we didn't have extra tile. Herbert looked at the tile design, went to Home Depot and get a complimenting tile, brought it back to ask if this was ok. It was. He cleaned up after he finished. When installing the stove, the floor was slightly damaged, nothing major. He repair it. Have another job pending and I will definitely give Florooter a call.
I hired Nick to replace the hardware on my bathroom sink. I sent him a few photos / measurements ahead of time so he could see what he would be working with. Nick gave me a very reasonable price quote so I hired him. He showed up on time, was very friendly, did an excellent job, and left the bathroom clean. He even replaced some additional parts under the sink. This is the first job I booked through this service and I'm very happy with the results / experience.
Billy did a wonderful job installing my new sink & faucet. Not only is he a skilled professional, he is also kind & understanding. Will be hiring him again for my bathroom renovation.

They were prompt and estimated the job properly. We are very please with the results. Great communications and excellent service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again! Thanks, Ric!

Marius fixed our broken utility sink pipe. He was very quick in communication and made the process very easy. Very nice guy and happy our sink is usable again. :)
I had a few plumbing jobs that needed to be done, leaky kitchen sink faucet, clogged drain in bathrub, and leaky valves by toilet. Tom did a fantastic job! He worked neatly (I hardly knew he was there), quickly, and professionally. His prices were reasonable and he kept me informed on what had to be done and what it would cost. I would definitely call Tom again!
My mother had a broken pipe under the kitchen sink and a broken connection to the dishwasher. I set up the appointment for my mom but I wasn't able to be there in person for the repair. Fabio kept me informed through the entire process. He showed up on time and completed the job professionally. His final bill was even lower than the estimate.
Kristian was fantastic. He really took his time to make sure our new sink, faucet and vanity was installed correctly and beautifully, without leaks or issues. We have additional work in our kitchen and can’t wait to hire him again!
David came when he said, did a great job of fixing what other plumbers could not. Very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I am so happy to have a working sink again, snd will definitely call him again.
I simply could not be more pleased with my experience with CJ from Waterflow, cannot imagine ever hiring anyone else for projects in my apartment, and am already recommending him to my friends. I received several quotes through Thumbtack for contractors to replace my bathroom vanity and sink. However, I made the decision to hire CJ very early in the process based on his way of communicating. CJ was always highly responsive incredibly polite, and followed up to check in on my plans without ever making me feel that I was being pressured. On the day of the installation, he was a little delayed due to traffic but called precisely at his promised arrival time to let me know. He was also very engaging and easy to communicate with and I learned a lot from observing him. I have been a member of the Co-Op board for my building for many years and also undertook a major renovation in my apartment a few years ago. As a result, I know a thing or two about dealing with contractors. With all things considered, working with CJ has been my most positive contractor experience to date. I had decided to replace the vanity and sink in my bathroom but elected to keep the original faucet, which went well with the decor. In hindsight, this was not the best choice since the existing faucet turned out to be quite corroded once CJ was able to remove it. I am also quite handy and have built and repaired many things in my home myself, but knew that this job was beyond my ability to take on alone. I appreciated the fact that CJ was always receptive to my suggestions. He was very patient in everything that he did and worked delicately and carefully to preserve the existing faucet, taking his time to lubricate all the joints and make sure that al of the mechanisms were working properly.. Unfortunately, a key connector, which was probably already broken and glued together, came apart as he was trying to install it on the new sink. It was clear that we were not going to be able to reuse the old unit after all and CJ drove me to the hardware store to get a replacement. Before we left the store, he made sure that he checked all of the mechanisms for the one that we would purchase and made sure that h=it would be compatible with the new sink and vanity top. Unlike many contractors that I have worked with, CJ actually read the manual for the new faucet to make sure that his approach to the installation was correct. However, he clearly understood all of the mechanisms that he was working with and would take the time to explain things to me as he went along. I learned very quickly to trust his judgment. We ended up having to remove the bathroom door in order to get the new vanity in place, and there were quite a few challenges related to the alignment of the drain and accommodation of the shutoff valves and other existing fixtures with the shelving inside the vanity. All of this made the job take a lot longer than anticipated, but CJ remained incredibly patient and focused on all the finer details necessary to get the job done right. He was also fully prepared to honor his original estimate, which was beyond reasonable. Knowing it was well deserved, I paid CJ almost all of the extra cash that I had on hand and would have gladly paid even more. His attitude throughout the entire process was simply outstanding and his work ethic is exemplary. CJ will be my go-to hire for any other projects that I take on in my home.
I recommend these guys to anyone. They worked together with me to find a good time for the both us, to fix my kitchen sink issue. They did it efficiently, low cost, and most importantly, they did a great job.
