Fiorella reached out to me immediately upon my booking being confirmed via Thumbtack. She kept me abreast of her arrival time, and got to work right away upon arriving. She and her three (3) additional CleanPro team members tackled my client’s vacant but very junky and dirty estate house with a mission to get that house super clean! They left that house spotless, and smelling so much better than when they first arrived. Floors were glistening and looking amazing! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a gentle reminder to our customers, without exception we text you the day before your cleaning appointment, with the time of arrival, In addition you won’t have to be home, or worry about anything because we stand out for punctuality and respect. For example: You Can leave a key, our your apartment code if you have it.
We have a different ways of payment options, just to make it easy for you, we accept cash, check, Zelle, cash app, and PayPal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in different s cleaning companies with a very good work record, a lot of clients contacted me for my services, and they motivated me to full fill this dream and start working on my own cleaning business.
