They were pretty responsive to my initial contact. I appreciated their thoroughness when evaluating the job and how they paid attention to everything I requested to be cleaned. Shenaide communicated frequently on when workers would arrive. The women who came were pleasant, did a good job and stayed extra hours to get my house cleaned. Overall they were professional and a good value

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard competitive pricing. Our pricing includes all the cleaning supplies ,vacuums and another products which are needed to clean the place requested . We have great rates to new clients .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a courtesy reminder, we always text you the time of arrival the day before your scheduled cleaning date. Also you don't have to be home for the service, as long as we have a way to get in. For example you can leave a key, or if you have a garage code, alarm code etc. If you have an alarm, we can deactivate and reactivate the alarm for you.
