We had more and heavier items to be moved than expected. The movers made the adjustments and over came obstacles that came with moving from an apartment complex to a townhouse with narrow staircases. The movers, Bacho , Achiko and Irakli were courteous and made all the extra efforts required to make this move possible.

We all know moving can be stressful, we scheduled for our electric, water, security and etc to be shut off shortly after receiving our hard closing date. But then our closing date got moved to 3 days past the previous closing date at the last minute. So I needed to reschedule a ton of things and Zip to Zip was one of the rescheduling, and they were so patient and reassuring.Unfortunately, I was not able to have the electric turned back on. Because the house was already sold, and we were just ready to move in our new home. Zip to Zip scheduled us for a Sunday and I was so grateful.Shalva and his team, came to our old home with tons of furniture that needed to be moved. We had NO electricity and it was cold . But Shalva and his team pushed past it all, using flash lights in our basement and moving as fast and efficient as they could before it got dark. All the furniture was disassembled and packed perfectly. Then Shalva and his team made a 2.5 hour drive out of state to our new home with electric. All the furniture was assembled without instructions and efficient, I cant say enough great things about this company as well as Shalva and his team. They truly saved the day for my family and I. We are still pleased .. If you are moving and need assistance, please call this company. Shalva and his team are AMAZING!!! These men worked very very hardThank you so much

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 Movers + Truck = $148/Hour
3 Movers + Truck = $198/Hour
4 Movers + Truck = $228/Hour
*prices may differ between at the beginning and end of the month*
We do have 4 hour of minimum labor charge and also service fee is added.
Our Service fee is calculated based on the distance from our headquarters to your first location, and back to headquarters upon completing your move.
Blanket covering of furniture is included in the hourly rate. If any additional packing material is needed (such as Mattress Covers, Boxes, Specialty Crating of Breakables, Etc.), these items will be available at an additional cost the day of your move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) As the customer, it is important to first gather all information related to the upcoming move including:
- Moving Date
- Size / Volume of the move (Preferably an Inventory List)
- Pickup and Delivery addresses
- Contact Details
2) Based on the above information, one of our Relocation Specialists will provide an accurate estimate.
3) Once a customer chooses to schedule their move with us, the date is confirmed and a deposit is taken.

Upon hiring, all employees go through a rigorous in house training program to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide for a safe and efficient move. Additionally, all employees are reviewed annually for performance and competency based on the latest industry standards.
