Being led by Coach Brieerwas a very empowering experience for me. When I met him, I was about 58 years old and wanting to build strength, but was dealing with arising emotions during the workout. Coach B was a safe space and an amazing voice of grounded presence. He consistently invited me to stay with what was difficult not just physically but at many various human layers. I would recommend anyone challenge themselves and allow Coach B to be their guide.

My time working with Coach B was really fun and enjoyable. He's a really sweet person who pushes you to do the very best you can. Working with him was always fun and I would always walk out the gym feeling great and like I learned something new. He's very easy to talk to if you had a problem with the workout and if I couldn't do a specific workout then he would have me do something else instead. Every session was something new and exciting to look forward to. I highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking about working with him. You won't be disappointed.
