Juan has been out to my home several times. He is ALWAYS timely and well prepared! He fixed a leaking toilet and disposal and was very reasonably priced. He was referred to me by a friend and I have already referred him to my friends. He is attentive, trustworthy, skilled, and comes when he say he will come and does the job right!

This guy was an absolute JOKE!!! And I don't mean "funny."
He arrived (on time), and the very first thing he did was literally SHOVE his iPad in my face, demanding that I sign a $59 DIAGNOSIS FEE document, before he even looked at the job.
His approach was such an immediate turnoff that I told him "I don't roll that way," and politely asked him to immediately leave my doorway. At which point he turned nasty, and said "Thanks for wasting my time."
All I can say is, "Sometimes it's great being 6'6," and 300 lbs."

I am sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion. As stated we arrived on time and asked for the customers consist to diagnose the problem and begin work. As mentioned on all of our quotes we do have a diagnostic fee of $59. This is our company policy and feel it is very fair for the level of service every customer does receive. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and wish you the best of luck with your project.
