I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
Dianne has been wonderful! She comes to the house multiple times each week to work with one of my children. Dianne is very encouraging and fun to work out with.
Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.

I was concerned about taking a Pilates class since I had never taken one before. Theresa was patient and caring. Made sure I was comfortable and in the correct positions throughout. She was able to focus on everyone in the class at the level they showed. She made the class fun while still being a solid workout! Loved it! Thank you and see you again soon!!

Emily's pilates classes are both challenging and fun. She gives instruction and encouragement in a way that motivates me to work harder, while still maintaining my form. Emily is attentive and quick to point out any issues with form, which helps me get a better workout and prevents injury. She knows just how to push her students to the next level- I'm always surprised to find I can do just a little bit more than I believe I can, and because of Emily, I'm able to work my body even harder than before. On top of all of that, Emily is super sweet and very fun, making her pilates class seem more like a good time versus a boring workout.
Jen is a fantastic pilates instructor! Her enthusiasm has kept me excited as I prepare for my wedding and honeymoon. I have had several personal training sessions with Dale, with the focus being pilates and stretching. He brings many gifts to his work, including clarity in his explanation of exercises (helpful for someone like me who is directionally challenged!!), patience, good humor, and constant encouragement. He is not in a rush to get through the routine, and it seems as if he is a good judge of a client's progress, and plans for the next session accordingly. In my estimation he is well worth the time and money. I'm very happy to have gotten to know him, as he is a sweet and caring guy, and I appreciate his expertise. I totally recommend him.
Not anything like your typical generic, dime-a-dozen personal trainer, Len is focused, driven, and dedicated to each and everyone of my sessions. Even after nearly two years of training, Len continues to find new and creative exercises to ensure that my training is always effective, and never boring. Not once does he look at his cell phone, or appear apathetic or indifferent. His enthusiasm and commitment to my fitness is quite contagious! Never have I been more motivated to fitness than when I started training with Len, and unlike Crossfit, I am not left sore and crippled the next day. He's the real deal.
Amanda is a combination physical therapist, pilates instructor. She is incredibly professional, and a delight. She is a dancer by training who switched to pilates after an injury and has been very helping at both building core strength and strengthening my injured IT band. She is a genius at working around injuries to give you a full bodies pilates workout. Her fee is in line with other instructors in my neighborhood.
