When I started working with Briana, I couldn't do a sit up, was living with chronic lower back pain among other issues. We've been working together for a few months and I'm not just doing sit ups, but can do things physically I've never been able to do before. And the lower back pain is completely gone. I am 62 years old and have trained with Dianne for the past 5 years. The results have been amazing! Dianne's passion for exercise is reflected in every workout. Before I started, there wasn't much that I could do. My knees and back hurt and I had no confidence in how to exercise. My goal was to decrease bone loss after being diagnosed with osteopenia. Dianne's style and technique worked wonders for me. I began doing squats, lunges and sit ups with little difficulty. When she saw it was getting easy, she made it more challenging. I did my first full push up before I was 60.... now I can do 30 full push ups correctly. I've been told by others that my form is good which is a credit to Dianne! Today, I am healthier and stronger and in better shape than I was 30 years ago. I am grateful to Dianne for everything she has taught me. I recommend Dianne to be anybody' trainer of choice.ii
Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.
I have been taking exercise classes with Robin for the past 3-4 years. She is a great teacher who is able to work with people with all kinds of fitness abilities. I really enjoy her classes and feel that I get a challenging workout in them. She is a trained dancer with expertise in yoga and Pilates. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Robin is friendly, patient, and helpful. She is very encouraging and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Karl is great, I have now worked with him for 3 weeks and I have been really enjoying our sessions. He is incredibly professional, thoroughly assesses your needs and prepares as well as modifies your workout accordingly. He is an experienced trainer and uses a wide array of training modules to include TRX, kettle bells, weights, High Intensity Interval Training, Kick boxing and Pilates among others. Karl has certainly given me the motivation to train harder and even within the first three weeks I can see significant difference in strength and endurance as well as body shape. I have been going to the gym for years but have never had such a shift particularly in such a short period of time. Above all Karl is very pleasant to work with and takes your fitness and health very seriously.
Rachel is amazing. She completely understands the body, and ensures that you are doing things correctly throughout the entire session. Her varied background allows her to teach in a way that other Pilates teachers just can't. She's also kind, approachable, and makes you feel completely comfortable. Can't say enough good things about her.

Amanda is a combination physical therapist, pilates instructor. She is incredibly professional, and a delight. She is a dancer by training who switched to pilates after an injury and has been very helping at both building core strength and strengthening my injured IT band. She is a genius at working around injuries to give you a full bodies pilates workout. Her fee is in line with other instructors in my neighborhood.
Not anything like your typical generic, dime-a-dozen personal trainer, Len is focused, driven, and dedicated to each and everyone of my sessions. Even after nearly two years of training, Len continues to find new and creative exercises to ensure that my training is always effective, and never boring. Not once does he look at his cell phone, or appear apathetic or indifferent. His enthusiasm and commitment to my fitness is quite contagious! Never have I been more motivated to fitness than when I started training with Len, and unlike Crossfit, I am not left sore and crippled the next day. He's the real deal.
