- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing, based off the current value of the market. I refund diagnostic fees, should a customer proceed with hiring my services. I will give multiple solutions to fix your issue, with varied pricing based on what work is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Friendliness is key. I like to educate my customers about the presiding issue, and give them multiple solutions to choose from. I believe that is the best way to help my clients fully understand the issue at hand, as well as establishing trust and loyalty between one another.
