Andy was excellent! Although he was very busy, he still stopped by at the end of the day to handle my emergency plumbing issue. He was honest and fair with his pricing, doing his best to resolve all issues effectively. Andy was also highly responsive and respectful. I will definitely hire him again for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend him!

Andy was fantastic. He arrived within 45 minutes of my request, which was a huge relief. Another company had been out earlier in the day and quoted me over $1,000—and even then, the problem still wouldn’t have been fully fixed. Andy quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it properly, and the total cost was just a little over $100. Huge difference in both service and honesty. I’ll absolutely be using Rooter Drain Service for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
