Andy did an amazing job with a complex plumbing repair. There was a leak in a very old pipe behind the wall. Andy was able to locate this leak with his skills and get access to the damaged pipe without much disruption. He then promptly repaired the damage and cleaned up to complete the job. 100% recommended.

I hired Andy during July 4th weekend because the shower in my condo only had hot water. It was a terrible situation as my new tenants just moved into the unit on 6/30. The condo was built in 1990s with one central water tank system as such whenever there is a repair needed for a particular units pipe, the entire building water must be shutdown ( the building has 100 units). After speaking with Andy he presented me with 2 options one was an easier fix but would potentially require 2 water shutdowns in the building; one was more expensive option but would pretty much guarantee to fix the issue. After a challenging 2-day non-stop negotiation with the building Management for water shutdown they finally agreed to shutdown water on 7/6 for 5 hours; and we were all counting on Andy to fix the issue with one shot because there is no way I could convince the building to do another water shutdown if the first repair attempt failed. Andy showed up at 730am in the morning, 30 mins before the scheduled water shutdown and was able to replace the entire shower/ pipe system within 3 hours and w/o breaking the tiles. My tenants and I were so grateful of his professionalism, responsiveness and most importantly his technical skills as a plumber! I highly recommend Andy you will not disappoint!
