Andy is an absolute SUPERSTAR — super nice, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He showed up on time, responded quickly, listened carefully, and delivered everything we wanted exactly as requested. His pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of his work was outstanding.
We just bought our first home with a dedicated laundry room and purchased a new washer and dryer from Lowe’s. The Lowe’s installation team was friendly but told us it was “impossible” to switch the positions of the washer and dryer. The laundry room also had an old flop sink that was eating up a ton of space.
Andy came out for an estimate within 48 hours and immediately gave us confidence that the job could be done right. The very next day he showed up early, handled the entire project (which included moving the appliances, installing new piping, and replacing the flop sink), and finished everything on time and on budget. The finished result looks clean, professional, and exactly how we wanted it.
Andy made the whole process stress-free and easy. We will definitely be calling him again for all our future plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest plumber.

Andy was fantastic. He arrived within 45 minutes of my request, which was a huge relief. Another company had been out earlier in the day and quoted me over $1,000—and even then, the problem still wouldn’t have been fully fixed.
Andy quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it properly, and the total cost was just a little over $100. Huge difference in both service and honesty. I’ll absolutely be using Rooter Drain Service for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Andy was excellent! Although he was very busy, he still stopped by at the end of the day to handle my emergency plumbing issue. He was honest and fair with his pricing, doing his best to resolve all issues effectively. Andy was also highly responsive and respectful.
