- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on the size of the household. (Bedrooms and Bathrooms), distance and frequency. There are NO hourly rates. Our price reflects the hard work and the details that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a courtesy reminder, we text you the day before your scheduled cleaning date. Also, you don't have to be home for the service, as long as we have a way to get in. For example, you can leave a key, or if you have an alarm, we can deactivate and reactivate the alarm for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had a house-cleaning experience for about 7 years.
